Great music is a pleasure for the ears. It follows that the recording's graphics should be a pleasure to view.

The Clas Larsson Quartet:
The music of Clas and his band mates evokes the grand jazz standards performed by noteworthy talented musicians such as Charlie Parker, and Scott Hamilton.

• color palette, (e.g. indigo )reflect an elegance of The Lunenburg Opera House (recording session site).

• we suggested incorporating the ornamental motif seen on The Lunenburg Opera House exterior.

• Katrein's photo is black and white. We turned it into a duo tone (black and indigo), which adds depth and unity to the other images.

• play list and credits are clear and easy to read. Unfortunately graphic designers often make CD text very difficult to read (small). Radio program hosts complain of this frequent problem.

• our studio recommended  carrying the theme to the disc's surface. Overall result-- Well crafted graphic design . . . inside and out!
